The holiday season is here, and what better way to spread cheer than by sharing words of gratitude? Our team has been busy sprinkling appreciation like snowflakes, check out the messages that warmed hearts and brightened days! 

Amy Klotz from Ops Team, wants to recognize Dimetra Tsitso, Hospital Manager, Integrative Animal Hospital of Central Florida: "Once again, Dimetra stepped up to the plate to help when asked without hesitation! Because of Dimetra's help we have been able to create and maintain smooth sailing at a couple of hospital's that are currently between hospital managers.” 

Amy also wants to recognize Jennifer Taylor, Hospital Manager, Shelton Veterinary Clinic: "Jennifer jumped in without hesitation to help at a location that is without a hospital manager currently. With Jennifer's help, we have been able to keep things running smoothly for the team and I'm so grateful for her assistance!” 

Finally, Amy wants to recognize Sarah Ladner, CSR, Coco-Park Animal Hospital: "Sarah has done an amazing job taking on additional tasks and growing in her role with Coco Park! She has a can-do attitude and gets things done!” 

Jennifer Duffy from Bradford Hills Veterinary Hospital, Wexford, Pennsylvania, wants to recognize Erica Pangio, Hospital Manager- Countryside Veterinary Service Kinsman: "I cannot thank Erica enough for all of her help! She has gone above and beyond to help support our clinic!” 

Jennifer also wants to recognize Alannah Labesky, Regional Manager: "Alannah is always there when you need her! Thank you so much for all of your support and for everything you do!” 

David Gagnon from Kaukauna Veterinary Clinic, Kaukauna, Wisconsin, wants to recognize Da'Neil Spencer, Veterinary Assistant: "Da'Neil is very skilled and knowledgeable. She has all the skills of a CVT and is hoping to become licensed in the near future. Her work ethic, attitude, and personality make working with her a real joy. She's been a true asset around here.” 

Jennifer Bridgers from Coastal Animal Hospital, Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, wants to recognize Vinny Egan, Vet Assistant: "I would like to recognize Vinny. Vinny recently had to be on the phone with IT and Jennifer remotely after the Xray lost connection to the network. He was patient, calm, and followed all the instructions IT gave him, even though he had to stop what he was doing. He did an awesome job and was able to help IT get the xray back up. He is very much appreciated for his hard work and willingness to always jump right in to take care of anything that needs to be done.” 

Jennifer also wants to recognize Jennah Kidwell, Vet Assistant: "She handled an anxious client and husky with grace and patience for a nail trim.” 

Katrina Guell from Scottsdale Cat Clinic, Scottsdale, Arizona, wants to recognize Victoria Crockett, Veterinary Technician: "I want to give a shout out to Victoria for all the behind the scenes action she does. Not only is she a great technician, she takes meticulous care of our boarding patients, coming up with our restocking cart to make life easier, or making Rx labels on whim when our label maker goes out. Victoria is always there and thinking of others! We are so lucky to have her on our team!” 

Joan McCue from Veterinary Services of Aiken, Aiken, South Carolina, wants to recognize The PMO Team: "I really appreciate your efforts over this past year to communicate with us!  The weekly updates are great and are super helpful to me as I organize my time (or try to!).” 

The Bedford Greenwich Animal Hospital, Bedford, New York, wants to recognize the entire staff: "We are a tiny team but mighty! We are a family, everyone helps each other without hesitating!” 

Jen Shade from Petaluma Veterinary Hospital, Petaluma, California, wants to recognize Michelle Wilkinson, Veterinary Assistant: "Michelle brings lots of laughs to our day, and is always reliable and punctual.  We always look forward to her fun facts and weekly "punny" ideas for our front sign.  She has true compassion for every animal that comes through our door and is an important part of our team.” 

Brittany Poulin from Main West Animal Hospital, Welland, Ontario, Canada, wants to recognize Katrina De Vries, RVT: "Katrina has been an incredible addition to our team. Her RVT skills continue to grow every day, and she consistently steps in to help wherever she’s needed. Her positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn make a real difference in our clinic. Thank you, Katrina, for everything you do!” 

Margie Giles from All Animals Veterinary Hospital, Sanford, North Carolina, wants to recognize Skylar Pugh, Receptionist / Crossing training as Vet Assistant: "Today we’re celebrating Skylar, one of our amazing veterinary receptionists who also cross-trains as a veterinary assistant. Skylar is very dependable, a hard worker and so versatile — whether she’s utilizing her skills at the front desk or jumping in to help our medical team in the back, she brings positivity, calm, and great skills to everything she does.  Her willingness to learn, her teamwork, and her dedication make a huge impact on our hospital every single day. We’re so grateful to have Skylar on our team!  Thank you, Skylar, for all that you do for our clients, patients, and staff.” 

Jane Haza from Hope Veterinary Clinics, Columbus, Indiana, wants to recognize Emily Towns and Emily Losee, Payroll Department: "These lovely ladies are always so helpful with payroll questions and respond so quickly! Payroll is very important to understand, especially with a very large staff like ours, and I appreciate every tip and explanation so I can do it correctly!” 

 

Kelly McNeely from Heartland Niagara Animal Hospital, Niagara Falls, Ontario, wants to recognize Dr Natalie Chow, COS: "I'm so grateful to have Dr Natalie as my COS! She's taken on every new challenge like an absolute champion, balancing her new workload (and mentoring duties!) with her current and growing caseload. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude are infectious; it's such a huge help to have someone I can rely on to keep things fun and functional! Thanks, Natalie, for all you do.” 

Cassandra Gort from Village Veterinary Practice - Western Springs, Western Springs, Illinois, wants to recognize Marcia Paine, CVT: "Marcia is a huge asset to the team! She is wonderful with training team members, assisting with inventory, and researching the latest/best anesthesia protocols. She cares about the team and their wellbeing. SHE IS AMAZING!” 

Jessica Daniels from the OPS team wants to recognize Mike Peterson, Hospital Manager at Good Samaritan, San Leandro, California: "I wanted to say thank you to Mike for providing HM support to Redwood Animal Hospital while we look for a new HM. Mike has supported his home practice of Good Samaritan for 40 years, and it's great to see him share his knowledge and experience with another hospital in need. Thank you, Mike, for helping our Nor Cal hospitals!”
