VetCor Welcomes Deer Run Veterinary Services

We're excited to share that Deer Run Veterinary Services in East Falmouth, Massachusetts has been added to our growing family of practices. The hospital becomes our 383rd partner practice and our 27th location in the Bay State.
Founded in 1986 by Dr. Frank Alfano, Deer Run Veterinary Services has been providing exceptional care to cats, dogs, pocket pets, exotic pets, and birds for over 30 years.
A former Peace Corps volunteer stationed in the Philippines, Dr. Alfano earned his DVM degree from Araneta University. Although he has many professional interests, he’s particularly interested in working towards solving the cat and dog overpopulation issue in third world countries.
He works alongside Dr. Foster Palmer who has been with Deer Run for over 20 years. Dr. Palmer graduated from Cornell University in 1971 and enjoys general practice, laser surgery, and chiropractic manipulation. In the past, he worked as a professor of veterinary technology at Delhi College in New York and Newberry College in South Carolina.
The doctors are supported by their manager, Luke Alfano, and a team of veterinary technicians and receptionists who love what they do.
Deer Run Veterinary Services offers their clients a wide variety of services, including wellness exams, vaccines, dentistry, and surgery. Because they understand that pets are family, they treat every patient as if they were their own.
