Learn About Our New TechLife Program

This year, we launched our VetCor TechLife program to serve as a resource for our veterinary technicians and show them how VetCor is committed to helping them grow and succeed both personally and professionally. Get to know the team behind the program and learn about how they’re making life better for techs at VetCor.
What We Do
Our TechLife team regularly connects with techs across the VetCor network to:
- Communicate current benefits and opportunities
- Increase awareness regarding paths to relocation, leadership, and corporate careers
- Encourage techs to work with their hospital managers and Chiefs of Staff to learn new skills to further develop their careers
- Offer a forum for our technicians to connect, ask questions, share ideas, and get to know one another
- Introduce regional managers and the TechLife team as support contacts
- Utilize tech feedback to identify and implement additional opportunities for support
In the few months the TechLife team has been active, they’ve already gotten a bunch of things done. They recently hosted their first anesthesia and dentistry continuing education (CE) event and they’ll be hosting a series of CE events revolving around conflict management this fall.
Who We Are
The VetCor TechLife team is made up of dedicated veterinary technicians who come from unique backgrounds and bring a wide variety of experiences to the table. While they’re all very different, they share the common goal of making life better for VetCor techs.

Amber: As our vendor programs manager, Amber manages clinic renovations and oversees our equipment purchasing program. When she's not hard at work, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new things. In fact, she knows how to fly a plane and she's really good at karaoke. |
Eric: As our acquisitions manager for the Texas and Oklahoma regions, Eric has spent over 15 years working in the veterinary field. His talents extend far beyond the professional realm and you'll be surprised to learn he can play five instruments and sing in just as many languages. |

Kerrin: Prior to joining VetCor, Kerrin worked as a veterinary technician, a hospital manager, and a territory sales manager for a veterinary compounding pharmacy. All in all, she's spent over 25 years working in the veterinary field. In fact, she loves animals so much that a typical fur kid nail trim day at her house includes 76 nails. |
Ceasar: For the past 16 years, Ceasar has been working in the veterinary field as a vet tech and in mangagement. He truly enjoys inspiring his peers and co-workers. Ceasar was born in Los Angeles but grew up in Saskatoon Saskatchewan (Canada) - have fun pronouncing that! |

Tosha: Having spent 14 years as a CVT in a specialty practice, six years in recruiting, and 20 years in the veterinary field overall, Tosha currently supports our veterinarian recruiting and hiring efforts. And if that wasn't impressive enough, she can also sing the alphabet backwards in less than three seconds. |
Vicky: As a senior regional manager, Vicky currently spends most of her time supporting the VetCor team of regional managers. A self-proclaimed "crazy cat lady," she has five cats - three orange and two black. When she's not working, you can find her in the barn cleaning stalls or riding a horse nearby. |

Amy: As a senior regional manager, Amy first started working in the veterinary field 18 years ago where she kicked off her career as a veterinary assistant. She's a proud mom to a number of chickens, turkeys, and peacocks and, if that's not crazy enough, she'll gladly tell you about how Wayne Newton sent her flowers for her 21st birthday. |
