August 18, 2022

This month our team members are giving us a glimpse of the amazing people they work directly with each and every day. Continuing to do amazing work and making a positive impact on the network is definitely something we should be shining a light on, we appreciate you!

Jenny Driscoll, Central Support wants to recognize Sarah Crispin, Central Support: "Hello! I'd love to give a shout-out to my supervisor, Sarah Crispin, congratulations on 14 years! They've been working tirelessly on the new Scratch Rollout for months now. Their leadership and guidance on this project has not only been a great success for the field but also to Kristyn and me. They work so hard week in and week out that I just want to make sure they know how appreciated they are. Thank you!!"

Jodi Smoley from Primary Pet Care, Stow, Ohio, wants to recognize Mikayla George, Vet Assistant: "We want to shout out to Mikayla for taking care of our Idexx equipment. Troubleshooting and maintenance are often overlooked responsibilities but without them and a reliable team member to stay on top of it, we wouldn't be able to run the lab smoothly as we do. Thank you, Mikayla!"

Michelle Immel from We Care Animal Hospital, Clintonville, Wisconsin, wants to recognize Bridget Bazile and Kristy Clark, Vet Assistants: "This dynamic duo is Jack of all trades. Bridget is getting ready to start vet school this fall and Kristy is a receptionist turned tech assistant and in the process of becoming a certified technician. When our staff needs anything, these ladies do not hesitate to help in any way they can. The insanity that is our clinic would not function as smoothly if we did not have this pair all summer. We are going to miss Bridget greatly while she is at school but we are so excited for her to become a veterinarian! Kristy will be taking maternity leave shortly and will also be missed greatly. However, we are all so excited for her and her family to add a little human to the clan! Myself and the rest of the We Care team cannot thank these women enough for all they do!"

Since I joined Parkside she has been my go-to source for questions and help. Molly, thanks for all that you do for us, we would be lost without you."

Always willing to help us by covering for CSR upfront and technician in the back when we were short staffed plus all her other duties and assignments as our manager. There was a lot to learn when she took over this position and step by step, she showed how much she has learned and developed. Using all her tools and resources like asking her leadership and other PMs and using all the resources in SkyWorld to teach herself and have answers to any questions her team might have.
