Becky Hebert from Brackett Street Veterinary Clinic, Portland, Maine, wants to recognize Rachel Poth, Central Support Coordinator & the whole team at BSVC: "Huge thank you to Rachel Poth and the rest of the team at BSVC for making my transition into maternity leave smooth and manageable. Melanie also wants to recognize Sarah Crispin & Jenny Driscoll, Practice Support team: "Thank you Sarah & Jenny for all you are doing to coordinate the Scratch Pay conversions. This is a HUGE undertaking, and you are doing an excellent job keeping it on task and organized. Our Home office support is critical, and I appreciate you and everyone else behind the scenes. We could not do what we do without the home office TEAM!"
Deb Griffing from Austintown Veterinary Clinic, Youngstown, Ohio, wants to recognize Cassandra Jones, Tech Assistant/Tech Student: "Cassi is unbelievable when it comes to any type of IT issues here at the clinic. Not only is she going to be a great technician but her possibilities are endless. I appreciate her so much for all the help she gives me and the rest of the staff and speaking as an older HM who is not well versed when it comes to technology, I would be lost without her!"

Sue-Anne Gentry from the OPS team wants to recognize the HM and COS teams: "It has been an absolute pleasure to work with these people for the last 4 years, and it would have been wrong of me not to say as much. They have tenacity, intelligence, compassion, and most of all a great sense of teamwork between them all and it shows every time someone needs help. You will be sorely missed, but as someone said today...now we can be friends, and that is where the fun really begins."
Amy Klotz, RVT from Douds Veterinary Hospital, Oberlin, Ohio, wants to recognize Dr. John Douds: "Dr. Douds, although "retired", has continued to help out the hospital whenever needed. He not only helps at our hospital but at several other hospitals on a regular basis. He is quick to respond to a call for help at another hospital and he is truly appreciated for that!"

Miranda Roush from Countryside Veterinary Clinic, New Richmond, Wisconsin, wants to recognize her whole team: "This week has been absolutely crazy and I am blown away by the teamwork that has been displayed. Everyone has been pitching in & helping out to finish appointments & still provide the best medicine despite being short-staffed & stressed. Jess is always there with the best advice especially when I need her most. Alyssa Schaefers from Lake Alfred Animal Hospital, Lake Alfred, Florida, wants to recognize Dr. Laura del Valle: "Dr. Laura has been a part of the LAAH team for 3 years. She began in May 2019 as an associate veterinarian and is now our Chief of Staff. Dr. Laura has been a great asset to us in continually fulfilling our mission of offering the highest-quality veterinary care in a warm, caring environment. She has treated countless canine & feline patients while always providing compassionate care. You are the true definition of dedication! We could not do this without you! Thank you, Dr. Laura, for all that you do for our patients, clients, and LAAH team. We are very thankful for you."
Peter Ammon from Animal House Veterinary Hospital, St. Charles, Illinois, wants to recognize Jenna Brown, Vet Assistant: "Jenna goes above and beyond to help clients with special needs. She often will bring medications to older clients who might have problems getting to the clinic after hours. She has also brought pets home to clients who may not be able to pick up their pets by closing time. I heard recently that she brought a needed medication to a friend whose husband had been in the hospital all day. THANKS SO MUCH !!!"
Margie Giles from Sanford Animal Hospital, Sanford, North Carolina, wants to recognize Ashley Silman, Kennel Manager: "Ashley has been with us for about a year and a half. She was promoted to kennel manager earlier this year and has been doing an excellent job! She is a very hard worker, and makes sure all the fur babies are taken care of and the kennel area stays immaculate. She has been an amazing addition to our already amazing team and we are so glad she found us!"
Margie also wants to recognize Dr. Jessica Potosky: "Dr. P has taken on the role of Chief this year and with being the only doctor (until recently) in a previously 5 doctor practice, staff shortages, a crazy schedule and other changes and challenges, she has been INCREDIBLE and we are soooo thankful for her! She has handled this like she has been doing it forever! "

Finally, Margie wants to recognize Sue-Anne Gentry, RM: "All of us at Sanford Animal Hospital wanted to let Sue know how appreciative we are for all her hard work and dedication to her clinics over the last few years. We will greatly miss her but wish her all the best in this new chapter!"
Connie Stevens from Norwich Regional Animal Hospital, White River Junction, Vermont, wants to recognize Dawn Conklin, IT Support: "We have had some long-standing tech support issues and Dawn worked with me to get them resolved. She found several items that need changing to prevent the issues we had been having and went above and beyond for me personally. Thanks, Dawn!"
Crystal Castillo from Beverly Hills Small Animal Hospital, Beverly Hills, California, wants to recognize Hannah Curley, Technician: "Hannah has demonstrated hard work and dedication to her job. She is on time and is always ready to work. She loves every patient that she treats and she is showing growth every day that she is in the office. Jill Craig from HR wants to recognize Erin Rojas, Genny Payne, Ed Zamora from the HR team: "I will be forever grateful for the patience they had while answering all my questions. (let's be honest- still have!!) It has been such a treat working with such a close-knit team. Thank you for creating an amazing work environment!"
LeAnne Charles from Mars Hill Animal Hospital, Bogart, Georgia, wants to recognize Tiffani Adcock, LVT, and our entire team: "We recently had our AAHA Evaluation and Re-Accreditation Inspection. Tiffani is our Head Technician and has been in charge of our inspection since we opened in 1998. Her hard work and dedication to ensuring we are always in compliance is amazing. She and a handful of our employees worked for many hours uploading documents and preparing for the evaluation process. The rest of the team came together to make sure our facility was spotless, organized, and ready. (A daunting task when we are crazy busy) I am grateful for our team and how they work together to provide the best patient care and customer service. Congratulation Mars Hill Employees!! You are the best."
