Support Comes in Many Forms

Support Comes in Many Forms

December 3, 2021

With the holiday season just beginning, we look forward to more and more great stories from our practices. This is the time to take a look back and a look forward. With practices like ours, the future is certainly bright.

Ocoee Animal Hospital Ocoee Animal Hospital - Blue Ridge, Georgia

We are happy to say that some of our practices are able to take on students for shadowing opportunities. This is Madison, who was an honorary member of the Ocoee Animal Hospital team as part of her school project. She got many of these snuggle sessions during her time with the team, and learned a ton, too.

Port Cities Animal HospitalPort Cities Animal Hospital - Manitowoc, Wisconsin

In one day, the Port Cities Animal Hospital team sees many puppies and kittens. On this particular day, the last patient was adorable little Benny. He is an 8 week old, 5.5 pound, Rat Terrier who clearly has his posing down already! What a way to end the day.

Best Friends Animal HospitalBest Friends Animal Hospital and Urgent Care Center - Billings, Montana

Our practices have amazing DVM’s with unique special interests and skillsets. At Best Friends Animal Hospital, Dr. Jennifer Schissler used video otoscopy to help a patient with a middle ear infection. She is not only an ear specialist but is also a veterinary dermatologist. The staff who got to watch her in action on this day consider themselves lucky!

Barnstable Animal HospitalBarnstable Animal Hospital - Barnstable, Massachusetts

Puppies are adorable and make everyone’s day feel a little lighter, but the older gentlemen patients, like Tucker, benefit from a team that knows them well after the many visits they’ve had. Tucker gets a little nervous at the vet, so he likes to hold hands. The team at Barnstable Animal Hospital was ready to support him.

The Boston Cat HospitalThe Boston Cat Hospital  - Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts

Who wouldn’t be distracted by a tasty snack? This is baby Wigbert enjoying the finer taste of a cat puree while he was getting his blood drawn. This also shows the important patient support role of our client care specialists. Here, Nina and Jess from The Boston Cat Hospital are the ones making Wigbert feel so relaxed and comfortable.
