Looking for a way to beat the heat and stay healthy? Join our upcoming Summer Hydration Challenge and sip your way to better health.
The challenge starts on July 20th and runs through August 17th. Enrollment begins this Monday, July 13th and ends on Sunday, July 26th.
To successfully complete this four-week challenge, participants need to log at least 64 ounces of water per day for an average of four days per week. You'll also have the option to complete a weekly educational task.
You can log your water intake using the tracking tool on the ahealthyme website. Remember, carbonated, plain, and mineral water count towards the goal, so you can keep drinking your LaCroix!
The best part? Everyone who completes this challenge will earn 25 Wellbeing Rewards Points!
