Last month, we shared a few ways our practice teams were facing challenges with creativity and a smile. Now we want to show you how they’re relying on their unique personalities to create positive experiences for both clients and staff.
Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic - Weymouth, Massachusetts
The team at Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic has a story for the ages. One of their veterinary assistants, Megan, just got engaged - right there at the practice. Megan and her now fiance, Matt, first met at Weymouth Landing when he was a client who regularly came in with his foster cats. With a little bit of help from the team, Matt was able to surprise Megan and pop the question. Staying true to form, after Megan said yes, the pair opted to visit with the shelter cat who’s currently receiving supportive care at the practice rather than going out to celebrate. Congratulations Megan and Matt!
Family Pet Boarding - Waukesha, Wisconsin
This little guy is absolutely loving his time at Family Pet Boarding. Jack is a 3-year-old miniature Aussie who has been visiting the practice for almost his entire life. Though he prefers lounging and receiving some TLC from his favorite pet care attendant, Lexi, he also loves playing with his gang of furry friends, Brody, Leo, Jada, and Greta.
Grey-New Gloucester Animal Hospital - Grey, Maine
Not only was Adrienne lucky enough to walk Tiglet back to his parents, she was able to do it in style. This convenient method of transporting patients has made curbside care just that much cuter over at Grey-New Gloucester Animal Hospital. We’re continually impressed by all of the improvements our practice teams have made to their curbside appointments in hopes of making things easier for both their clients and patients. Keep it up!
Tech Ridge Animal Hospital - Austin,Texas
Even your best hair day might not top this. When Jake and Sissy came in with these top knots, nobody could stop smiling. Although you can’t tell here, Jake is the more serious of the pair while Sissy is a bit of a goofball. This dynamic duo has been coming to Tech Ridge Animal Hospital their entire lives, although their owners have been part of the Tech Ridge family since 2012. As always, we love hearing about our practices’ long term clients.
Lockridge Animal Hospital - Manchester, New Hampshire
Percival is here to remind you to follow the safety procedures when visiting Lockridge Animal Hospital. Our practice teams are working hard to keep up with their state’s protocols and guidelines and we appreciate them for continuing to show up for their communities. You guys are truly veterinary heroes.
