New Faces at Our Hospitals

New Faces at Our Hospitals

June 20, 2023

Our teams are growing to include many new talented and compassionate individuals who are ready to shower their patients with love and care. Meet some of the new team members and prepare to be smitten by a few of the adorable patients that have graced our veterinary hospitals lately, making our days brighter and our hearts fuller.

Warwick Animal HospitalWarwick Animal Hospital - Warwick, Rhode Island
Dr. Sydney Day is now a proud member of the Warwick Animal Hospital team. Dr. Day grew up in Warwick and moved back with her husband and dog Chowder after graduating from Tufts University. She knows the area well and is happy to be working in her beloved hometown. With years of experience in animal care the team is excited to welcome her to the hospital.

Bradford Hills Veterinary HospitalBradford Hills Veterinary Hospital - Wexford, Pennsylvania
Carolyn is the newest Bradford Hills Veterinary Hospital team member. As a Client Care Specialist, she infuses the front desk with joy and positivity. As a retired teacher and professor, she is happy to be part of this team and apply her skills to the Bradford family. She lives close to the hospital with her husband and best friend of 38 years. They have always had four-legged companions—currently, they have the privilege of spoiling their six-year-old Goldendoodle, Butterscotch.

Appalachian Animal HospitalAppalachian Animal Hospital - Weaverville, North Carolina
A warm welcome to Dr. Sarah Botkin who just graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Growing up in Rochester, Michigan she traveled south to Clemson University for her undergraduate degree. Peter, her fiancé, Smokey the cattle dog, and Nash her tuxedo bottle baby kitty are all getting settled into mountain life. She is looking forward to practicing both small and large animal medicine, as well as client education at Appalachian Animal Hospital.

Tender Touch Veterinary HospitalTender Touch Veterinary Hospital - Scarborough, Maine
The team at Tender Touch Veterinary Hospital is Fear Free and Low Stress Handling Certified. Those amazing certifications lead to positive morale amongst team members and, of course, lead to much more pleasant visits for their patients. Here is Rosie getting her first Fear Free PAW-dicure. Her friends, Amanda and Kirsten, know how to make her feel at ease.

Lucky Pet Animal HospitalLucky Pet Animal Hospital - Berwick, Maine
Lucky Pet Animal Hospital had all the luck in the world when these two pups came in for a visit. Benny and Boone were hanging with their friends at the hospital in the morning, and their family snapped this shot of them when they got back home. Clearly they were worn out from their big outting. The team can’t wait to have them back.

Check out these summer smiles courtesy of our adorable patients and amazing team members from earlier this month.
