HMLife is continuing to build on its success. Hospital managers have the opportunity to start their careers at Vetcor on the right foot, continue learning, and connect with their peers through this program. We checked in with HMLife back in April of this year and learned all about their continuing advancements in Hospital Manager onboarding. As they look forward to 2024 they have more in store to enhance this program.
HM onboarding, an eight-week session offered each quarter, is a resource for hospital managers who are just starting their careers and those joining Team Vetcor with experience. The calls that make up the onboarding are not just structured as training, they also offer a way for participants to share their insights.
Onboarding has evolved throughout this year to include more service team department leaders. They provide a look into specific support functions that Vetcor offers hospitals and how hospital managers play a role. Procurement and facilities have recently presented and offered valuable information on topics such as capital expenses for equipment.
The HMLife on Facebook has grown over 50% and is on an upward trend. Members in this group ask for and share information on best practices from everything including inventory processes to types of exam chairs. They also get notifications of Vetcor events such as CE and webinars.
