Celebrate the heartwarming and inspiring tales from our dedicated veterinary teams across the United States and Canada. Every day, our compassionate team members encounter remarkable patients, each with their own unique stories. From miraculous recoveries to everyday moments of joy, our teams are excited to share these wonderful experiences with you. Every tail has a story!
Animal House of Chicago - Chicago, Ilinois
One of the delightful perks of working at Animal House of Chicago is the joy of giving scritches and pets to all of the patients. Whether it's the pet care attendants, veterinarians, techs, or client care specialists, everyone on the team finds immense satisfaction in these moments of connection. It's these heartwarming interactions that remind us why we love what we do and inspire us to provide the best care possible.
Blue Spring Animal Rehabilitation Center - Acton, Ontario, Canada
It's puppy swim time, and Nutmeg isn't letting her size stand in the way of her rehab. At Blue Spring Animal Rehabilitation, the team has watched her confidence grow with each session in the water. Nutmeg is a wonderful reminder that even the smallest paws can make the biggest splashes. It's incredible to see how much she's improved since her first hesitant dip. The team cheers her on, saying, "Keep swimming, Nutmeg—you’ve got this!"
Trusty Vet Research Park - Huntsville, Alabama
Since the holidays, Trusty Vet has welcomed a delightful influx of pets coming in for their first visit. Each first visit is an opportunity for them to share their wealth of experiences and tips with new pet owners, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their journey. They absolutely love meeting new babies at Trusty Vet and watching them grow and thrive is one of the most rewarding parts of their job.
A Cat’s Place - Norwalk, Connecticut
Meet Oreo, the beloved office kitty at A Cat's Place. With his purrfect personality, Oreo brings joy and warmth to our hospital every day. This smart and well-behaved feline has a knack for making everyone smile. Some of his favorite activities include lying on the keyboard when you're trying to work, joining staff meetings, greeting humans as they enter the office, and bird-watching. At 11 years old, he continues to be a special part of the team, and they couldn't imagine their hospital without him.
North Shore Veterinary Clinic - Waialua, Hawaii
North Shore Animal Clinic got a call from the Gimlets Infantry Battalion out of nearby Schofield Barracks about a severely injured puppy found in Kahuku. Kind-hearted soldiers drove her to the clinic and the team performed emergency surgery to repair her injuries and administered life-saving antibiotics. She earned her 25th Infantry Division ‘Jungle’ Tab for her stellar survival skills and was named ‘Gimlet Bore’ after the Battalion that saved her.
