Celebrating International Day of Vet Med

December 17, 2021

Our practices recognized International Day of Veterinary Medicine by celebrating their staff for their massive effort to provide quality care to their patients every day. We also wanted to show some of our very content visitors whose faces reflect the love and attention they receive when they come into their VetCor practice.

Edwardsville Pet HospitalEdwardsville Pet Hospital- Edwardsville, Ilinois

Getting a whole team together in the middle of a workday can be a bit challenging, but the team at Edwardsville Pet Hospital took a pause to recognize the International Day of Veterinary Medicine. It is great to see them all together as a group as they are all imperative to the many parts of a pet’s care.

Richmond Veterinary ClinicRichmond Veterinary Clinic - Richmond, Kentucky

One of Richmond Vet Clinic’s clients shared her story of the compassion and understanding the team gave her when she had to say her last goodbye to her pup, Mabel. In recognition of the International Day of Veterinary Medicine, this was a sweet tribute to the team and the sincere respect they have for both patients and clients.

Animal House of ChicagoAnimal House of Chicago - Chicago, Illinois

Animal House of Chicago sees their fair share of exotics and pocket pets. This is a sneak peek into what a day in boarding is like for Reggie, a bearded dragon. They consider this basking time, where Reggie gets to relax and kick his leg up in a comfortable environment but still keep an eye out at the front desk.

Chester Veterinary ClinicChester Veterinary Clinic - Chester, Connecticut

Can you guess which one is “Sugar” and which one is “Spice”? Chester Veterinary Clinic wished both of these sweet pups a Happy 9th Birthday. They were both treated to a special breakfast for their big day, too. The team loves seeing this duo in the practice.

Bellaire GroomingBellaire Inn Grooming - Rockford, Illinois

Peppa was in for grooming and a photoshoot at Bellaire Inn Grooming in Bellwood Animal Hospital last week. She is as cool as those ice-blue eyes and the team had her spiffed up just in time for the holidays. Pretty sure she is on the nice list.

Our last blog showed some of the many ways our practices tailor their care and support based on their personal knowledge of their patients, check it out.

Keep up with us on Facebook to learn about how our teams are making a difference in their communities every day.
