The Try Something New Challenge Has Started

The Try Something New Challenge is here and running through October 30th. 

As you might have guessed, the idea behind this challenge is to have some fun while trying a new activity to stay fit and active - whether it be cat yoga, slacklining, or indoor rock climbing. What you do is totally up to you as long as it's something new (and, hopefully, exciting). 

Need some inspiration? We've got you covered; consider trying one of these activities:

  • Taking a mindful walk
  • Picking pumpkins and/or apples
  • Going for a hike
  • Trail riding 
  • Kickboxing 
  • Ice skating 


To successfully complete this challenge and earn 25 Wellbeing Rewards Points (remember, that translates to $25 actual dollars at the beginning of next year), all you need to do is take a picture of yourself trying out your new activity and share it with us.

You can reach out to your hospital manager to grab a link to the form you'll need to submit your picture. And yes, this challenge really is as easy as it sounds, so don't miss out!
