Mike joined Vetcor in March, 2023 with over 20 years’ experience leading teams focused on growing and developing talent for organizations. With most of his career spent in healthcare, Mike has a passion for taking care of the people that take care of others and for creating an inclusive and caring environment where everyone can feel they belong. Prior to joining Vetcor he served as CHRO at EyeCare Partners, a leader in the eye care industry. There he built a world-class doctor recruiting program and led many strategies to improve the overall engagement and wellness of the people caring for patients. He has done similar work at the University of Missouri Health Care, Express Scripts and Citi.

Mike spends much of his free time with his two daughters and friends, usually enjoying music, pickleball, volleyball and anything involving mountains.
