Timberlane Pet Hospital and Resort is looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires some Saturday, Sunday, and holiday shifts. Duties may include telephone skills, schedule management, cash handling, organization, multi-tasking, and veterinary knowledge. Candidates must also possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
This position requires a responsible individual who is capable of working independently and in a team-focused environment. Candidates must have experience with animals and a customer service environment. A caring and compassionate outlook is required of all members of our team.

The salary range for this position is $14-$16 / hr. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience. The actual rate offered will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, and experience.
