PAH staff are well trained professionals, who enjoy the benefit of providing love and attention to our patients while serving their healthcare needs. To maintain our exceptional level of service we are seeking a Client Service Representative who is proficient using Cornerstone PMS and will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

 

Our CSRs (Client Service Representatives) are crucial to establishing excellent first impressions with clients and visitors. This position opens and closes each client experience. For this reason, our CSRs must exhibit proactive leadership skills and exemplary customer service skills. This includes greeting and assisting clients, client education, fill medications, processing charges, etc..

 

Potential Candidates MUST:

  • Be confident and proficient utilizing Cornerstone practice management software
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Display above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess computer competency (Office 365, word, excel are all a plus)
  • Ability to diffuse conflict
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Possess current or recent veterinary Cornerstone experience (2 yr minimum)
  • Exhibit strong veterinary client service skills
  • Ability lift 30 pounds continuously throughout the day.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in clients and their pets
  • Input client and pet data into Cornerstone PMS
  • Communication between the medical team and clients
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Obtain the correct food, supplements and filled prescriptions for clients
  • Obtain messages and prescription refill requests

THE SCHEDULE FOR THIS FULL TIME POSITION IS: 5x8, 4x10 M-F

 

 

Salary: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • Veterinary Client Service Representative: 2 years (Required)
  • Recent Cornerstone PMS: 2 years (Required)
  • Valid Drivers License (Required)
