Chesapeake Animal Clinic in Owings, MD is excited to expand our team by adding a dedicated Chief of Staff or Associate Veterinarian. Our newly renovated facility is designed with both comfort and efficiency in mind, offering a modern and welcoming environment for both our team and clients.
This role is for a Chief of Staff or Associate – We offer leadership training, so any experience level is encouraged to apply. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking to lead or looking for an Associate role only, we're here to support your growth.

Our paperless record-keeping system, paired with a talented team of technicians, ensures smooth and efficient appointments, allowing you to focus on providing the best care for your patients. Our team includes two experienced veterinarians who are passionate about mentoring and collaborating with colleagues. Alongside our skilled support staff, we foster a positive, supportive work environment where team members enjoy a healthy work-life balance. With many of our staff members with us for over 5 years, we pride ourselves on having a close-knit, loyal team. Our team regularly participates in lunch-and-learns, team-building events, and continuing education opportunities, like CPR seminars for technicians.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
