About the Role

Pet Street Station Animal Hospital is actively seeking a Veterinarian to join our practice! We are a two-doctor clinic with nearly 25 years of experience, dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care for our beloved canine and feline companions. We take pride in serving our community and strive to offer the best possible care and support. We also proudly work with the Chenango County SPCA and All Animals Matter.

 

What We Offer:

  • A clinic with 4 exam rooms and 1 consult/euthanasia room
  • A large surgical suite with dual setups complete with ventilators and Cardell monitoring
  • A large treatment area including digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, full in-house lab, and more
  • Boarding facilities and a full-time groomer
  • Experienced doctors with diverse interests, including chiropractic, behavioral, internship training, dentistry, and more
  • Mentorship for new graduates, fostering a supportive environment for both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates

This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values a balanced work/life schedule, with no after-hours requirements.

 

About Norwich, NY:

If you’re unfamiliar with the area, Norwich, NY is a charming small city located in Chenango County in the central part of the state. We are approximately 1.5 hours from Cornell University and 30 minutes from Colgate University. Norwich is a small, friendly community with much to offer for the outdoor enthusiast. We have:

  • 2 ski areas within 50 minutes
  • Cross-country ski trails, hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, and camping right outside our back doors
  • Festivals like Bluesfest, Colorscape (a large art festival), and a Renaissance festival
  • Fall activities including farmer’s markets, the Northeast Classic Car Museum, and cruise-ins

The salary for this position can range from $130,000 - $150,000/ year for a 40-hour work week and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set and practice type.
