Elk Creek Animal Hospital of Bullitt County is seeking a passionate and dedicated Veterinarian to join our well-established, family-oriented practice. Our newly renovated facility offers a modern and welcoming environment designed for both staff and clients. With a focus on high-quality care and a strong sense of community, we’re proud of our excellent reputation in the area.
Our hospital features:
We focus primarily on small animal care (98%), with some exotics and farm animals. Elk Creek is known for providing advanced surgery and dental care, and we offer flexible appointment scheduling to meet the needs of our clients and their pets.

Schedule
We believe in maintaining a balanced and reasonable work schedule. Our typical hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. No after-hours or on-call duties, and part-time options are available.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
