Kaukauna Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice! Located in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, just 20 minutes south of Green Bay and 10 minutes north of Appleton, our clinic offers the perfect blend of rural charm and suburban convenience. The area features excellent schools, affordable living, and a variety of outdoor activities, making it an ideal place to live and work.
Our clinic has recently undergone a full-scale renovation, creating a modern and comfortable environment for both our team and our patients! We have eight fully updated exam rooms, including two designated cat-friendly rooms equipped with perches, hide-away boxes, and Feliway diffusers. Our new dental suite includes dental x-ray and upgraded treatment and wet tables. Additional updates include a dedicated call center for reception, a spacious surgical suite, and an expanded pharmacy. Our clinic is fully equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including ultrasound (with plans for an upgrade), digital and dental x-ray, in-house lab equipment (Procyte, Catalyst, Sedivue), Tonovet Plus, therapeutic laser, and orthopedic surgical equipment. As an AAHA-accredited practice, we are committed to providing the highest standard of veterinary care!
We are a 100% small animal practice with opportunities for those interested in performing orthopedic procedures, which allows us to provide a diverse and engaging caseload. Our tenured well-balanced team consists of four full-time doctors supported by seven full-time certified veterinary technicians and three skilled veterinary assistants! This strong support team allows our doctors to focus on patient care while maintaining efficiency in their daily schedules.
We prioritize work-life balance by offering a four-day work week with a rotating Saturday schedule and appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes for established patients and 60 minutes for new pets and new clients, as well as no after-hours or on-call responsibilities!
We welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. For those early in their careers, we offer mentorship through shadowing, one-on-one surgical training, and longer appointment times. This position is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to develop skills in a supportive and collaborative environment!

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
