New and recent graduates will find excellent mentorship provided by several experienced doctors here, with an individualized and mentee-led training plan that includes time spent shadowing first, plenty of 1 on 1 training opportunities, supervision and coaching as needed, and a team approach to case management. I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees!
