Warwick Animal Hospital in Warwick, RI is looking for a dedicated Hospital Manager to join our leadership team. We're seeking an individual who promotes a collaborative and engaging work environment, while upholding our commitment to exceptional client service and providing high-quality veterinary care for our clients and their beloved pets.
About the Role
As a Veterinary Hospital Manager, you will play a crucial leadership role in our commitment to excellence. Working closely with our Regional Manager, you will drive hospital efficiency, develop team members, and ensure outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, financial management, and maintaining our high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership – Inspire and mentor a dedicated team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
Financial Management – Oversee budgeting, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to enhance hospital profitability.
Client Relations – Ensure outstanding customer service, maintaining our hospital’s reputation for excellence in pet care.
Operational Excellence – Manage daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiency across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience – A proven track record in veterinary management and operational leadership, showcasing problem-solving skills and efficiency.
Communication – Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and presentation skills to engage both the team and clients.
Financial Acumen – Proficiency in financial management, including revenue control, inventory oversight, and payroll administration.
Passion – A genuine love for animals and an unwavering dedication to providing them with the best care possible.

Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
