Hidden Hills Animal Hospital in Jacksonville, FL is looking for an outstanding Full -Time Hospital Manager to join our team. Our small animal practice treats Canine, Feline, Avian, Pocket Pets, and other exotics. We are a multi-doctor practice with a long tenured support staff.
Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager include but are not limited to; operational oversight of our hospital, including leadership team of technicians, receptionists, managing financial and business development of the practice including managing budget and key performance indicators, and overseeing client care and to ensure client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.
We are looking for candidates with a strong veterinary technician background, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll. If you have veterinary technician background and business operations experience, preferences to those candidates with prior veterinary hospital management or leadership, we encourage you to apply!
Hidden Hills AH is close to the beaches as well as the beautiful St Johns River. The area offers shopping and plenty of restaurants to enjoy. We also have various historical parks and trails, as well as multiple municipal parks. Jacksonville is know for our giant sports stadium, luxury shopping, and prime fishing.
