About the Role

 

Windermere Animal Hospital in Fishers, IN, is excited to welcome a Grooming Salon Manager to our team! We’re looking for someone passionate about pets and dedicated to creating a wonderful experience for both our furry friends and their owners.

 

In this role, you’ll lead our salon operations, providing top-notch grooming services and guiding our team to deliver the best possible care. We’re seeking someone who leads with confidence and compassion, inspiring others to enhance their skills and work together for a welcoming, high-quality grooming environment.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a love for animals, and the ability to handle pets of all sizes with patience and kindness. You should also be comfortable using analytics to help us continue to grow and improve. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills will help you thrive in this dynamic role!
