Our veterinary technicians should maintain a positive and supportive approach at all times. They should recognize that remarkable results are achieved through teamwork and mutual respect. It's important to have the confidence to own tasks and responsibilities in order to deliver positive outcomes. Let your passion for pets and veterinary care shine every day. Share your knowledge, skills, and experiences with others and don't stop believing (or retrieving, as your dog would say). We have a clinic culture that celebrates your unique awesomeness! Enjoy occasional coffee runs, ice cream parties, and meals on us. Lunch breaks on the regular, a 4-day work week, and rotating Saturday shifts, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.
Think you're the veterinary technician we've been looking for? Let's find you the perfect place in our team! We look forward to your contributions toward a meaningful mission where you will make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners!

Every team member enriches our diversity by exposing us to various ways to understand and engage with the world. That's why we're committed to a workplace culture where employees are comfortable being their authentic selves, feel a complete sense of belonging, and are empowered to reach their highest potential.
I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
There is a career path for everybody and not a one size fits all approach.
Join a group of motivated veterinary professionals while taking advantage of employee programs, resources, and fantastic benefits.
