Karns Animal Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic veterinary receptionist to add to our team of professionals who aim to provide high-quality veterinary care. Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival 
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar 
• Handle client inquiries and provide information about clinic services 
• Process payments and handle billing transactions 
• Maintain and update client and pet records 
• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and organized 
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
