Bayshore Animal Hospital in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a passionate full-time veterinarian to join our upbeat and supportive team. We’re dedicated to providing top-notch care to our small animal patients, and we’re searching for an associate who values high-quality veterinary care and embraces a team-oriented environment.
Each doctor is assigned one of our senior techs as well as an assistant most days. We strive to meet the needs of all of our team members to ensure we maintain our long-term relationships. We offer a variety of services including laser therapy, ophthalmology, dentals, dermatology, and more! Tools that we offer include an in-house ultrasound, digital dental and full body radiography. Our practice is a true family - we are there for each other on the good and tough days no matter what. We are proud to work with the Animal Refuge Center and have healthy ongoing relationships with all local rescues and shelters.
New grads and experienced vets alike will thrive alongside our tenured, supportive team. We also prioritize work-life balance and look to be flexible with scheduling whenever possible. Our current full-time vet schedule has no after hours, no on-call requirements and we are closed on weekends!

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
There is a career path for everybody and not a one size fits all approach.
