Hunter Reed from Animal Medical Center, Mansfield, Ohio, wants to recognize Lexi Holbrook, Pet Care Attendant: "Lexi has done an amazing job of boosting our online presence. As a result, we are attracting more and more new clients. She has also been organizing fun activities for our daycare, and many dog owners are bringing their furry friends just to be a part of them. Christina Lazo from Balfour Animal Hospital, Fenwick, Ontario, wants to recognize Brittany Poulin, Hospital Manager: "Brittany and I became Practice Managers at the same time. Since then we have developed an amazing bond. I don't think I would be able to do this without her by my side. I appreciate her more than she will ever know. Brittany, you have been such an amazing friend and coworker. The staff at Main West and Balfour are so very lucky to have a Manager as hard-working, dedicated, and companionate as you are."

She has developed such a great relationship with our clients and is such a well-known face at our front desk. I am beyond thankful and appreciative of everything Lisa has done for Leland and myself. She has such vigor and passion for the care of animals and the service to our clients, it is unwavering and so hard to find in people these days. I can never express enough how much I truly appreciate Lisa and how lucky we are to have her!"

They do a fantastic job keeping our social media going with photos and relevant information for our clients. They are always willing to cover extra shifts, do an amazing job of training new CSRs, decorate the lobby for different holidays, unpack orders, and keep track of the food inventory. We would be lost without Sidney and Sarah. They truly are the backbone of our front desk! Thank you Sidney and Sarah for all that you do every day!"

Deanna Dorer from Briargate Boulevard Animal Hospital, Colorado Springs, Colorado, wants to recognize John Graham, IT Support: "John has been absolutely amazing to work with! We had to do a rewire, new router, switch, and all the things with wifi and he was and has been SO patient and kind! He explains things that I can understand easily (IT is NOT my thing at all) and does not get frustrated if I don't understand at first. AND...he was willing to be on the phone until almost midnight his time getting the cutover done and making sure we could be up and running first thing the next morning. He also checked in and called me BEFORE I had a chance to call him the next day and continued checking in to make sure everything was up and working like it was supposed to. He is truly a WONDERFUL person to work with and talk to!! THANK YOU JOHN from not only me, but all of us at BBAH!!!"

Agi Peplau from A Cat's Place, Norwalk, Connecticut, wants to recognize the entire ACP Team: "I want to thank my entire team for all of their hard work and dedication. We have been short-staffed for about a month and the team has stepped up tremendously. Special shout out to Dave Prescott our CVT for his leadership skills in trying to keep the day on track, Jamie Mollo our CCS/Tech for running between the front desk and hospital always willing to help where we need her, Kim Ferrara our CCS for covering shifts whenever we need it, Mia Thomas our CCS for holding down the fort up front when we need to "borrow" Kim or Jamie, and Andy Soyland our Lead Tech for staying cool no matter what the day throws at us. Everyone has really gone above and beyond and I appreciate everyone so much."

Angie Boatwright also wants to recognize Shanda Preble, Customer Care Specialist: "We had a client that Shanda has known for a long time. The client had her dog euthanized. She stepped outside and had a mental breakdown. She was wailing, screaming, asking where she was, asking where her dog was. Shanda stayed with the client to try to keep her calm until EMS arrived. The entire staff thanks Shanda for doing this."

Mallory Joyner from Ambassador Animal Hospital, Fayetteville, North Carolina, wants to recognize Tiffeny Philipps, Vet Assistant: "I would like to recognize one of our veterinary assistants, Tiffeny! She takes initiative by tending to cleaning instruments and wrapping packs in surgery prep and teaching other assistants how to do those things. She helps keep up with the autoclave maintenance and helps answer phones and schedule appointments up front when needed. She always keeps a calm demeanor when dealing with clients and patients and is helpful to the doctors by maintaining good appointment flow!"
Mallory Joyner also wants to recognize Debbie Latta, Client Care Specialist: "I would like to recognize one of our client care specialists, Debbie! She frequently goes around the counter just to talk to and interact with the patients which creates a personal feel for clients and especially makes the pets happy to get attention! She finishes her busy work timely and does a great job at being our groomer's own personal secretary!"
Katrina Guell from Scottsdale Cat Clinic, Scottsdale, Arizona, wants to recognize Amber Armstrong, Vet Assistant: "Amber always leads the team by example. She swoops in and is always making sure things run smoothly and efficiently throughout the day. Her patient care, cat handling, and client skills are without a doubt one of a kind. We don't know what we would do without her."
