I needed to run a report regarding hours worked for employees. She sent me an awesome PDF to help with this. It's what happened after that made my day. I figured out how to run the report properly after some trial and error. I went back on to my help ticket and wrote a little blurb of info regarding this. It was honestly a personal blurb kind of validating that I finally figured out how to do the report properly. Sylvia called me!! She called me to check if I needed anything. When I answered the phone, I started laughing because I knew adding this comment to a closed help ticket would be confusing, and I was hoping I could laugh my way out of it! This immediately got us talking. She MADE MY DAY! She told me how she refuses to retire because she LOVES HER JOB AT VETCOR!!! How cool is that? It's so cool that someone took time out of their busy day to go the extra mile. But not only go the extra mile, it's so awesome to have the support of so many who genuinely love their jobs! I hear it time and time again from Vetcor employees. Thank you, Sylvia, for making my day!"
