Jenny Driscoll from the Service Center want to recognize everyone involved in the Norwell Pride event: "I wanted to once again thank everyone for attending and helping out at our Norwell Pride event. Amy Miller created a beautiful balloon display! Special thanks also to Matt Chaisson, Becky Burnett, Tracy Emara, Shannon Sullivan, Stephanie Barbieri, Genny Payne, Elizabeth Saraf, Jim Agan, Sean Sornsin, Dr. Shoemaker, Peter Raymond, Brian Kimla and so many more. You're all the best! And a huge thank you to Martine Salamone; this event couldn’t have happened without you. You are essential to our team and our morale. Thank you, thank you!"

Jenny also wants to recognize Stephanie Barbieri, Legal: "I want to express my gratitude to Stephanie Barbieri for her incredible personality and exceptional work ethic. She's always ready to answer questions and conduct research to assist me and her colleagues. YOU are amazing, Steph!"

Lastly, Jenny wants to recognize the Norwell Office dog owners: "Lastly, and this has been a long time coming, I want to thank all my peers who bring their dogs into the Norwell office. It is such a joy to have them around. They brighten not just my day but my entire week. Special thanks to Arlo and Augie (Dave Foley), Finn (Ethan Peterson), Rio (John Prindiville), Mr. Lenny Bruce (Elizabeth Saraf), Gus (Matt Chaisson), and the occasional visitors like Rocky (Deanna Morton), IGOR (Kelli Connors), and Mila (Kelly Buckley). I love them all so much!"

Wanda Denslow, HM from Ocoee Animal Hospital, Blue Ridge, Georgia, wants to recognize Ella Hughes, Vet Assistant: "Ella is the epitome of being a "patient advocate". She may be a little "rough around the edges", but her heart is bigger than anyone could ever imagine. If there is a dog (or any animal) in need, this girl is on it! Ella always goes the extra mile, helping provide the highest quality of care to all of the patients in her charge. She doesn't realize her immense value to our team, so recognizing her this month in a heartfelt honor! Ella, we appreciate all that you do every day for our practice, clients, and especially our patients!"

Nicole Curler from the OPS team wants to recognize Cindy Dobbins, Hospital Manager: "Cindy has taken on extra projects while still working on the floor as a technician and hospital manager. She is excited and willing to help. Cindy has been an excellent resource for other HMs and helps encourage positive change! Thank you for being a role model and supporting other hospital managers."

Nicole also wants to recognize Jennifer Silkworth, Hospital Manager: "Jennifer has had a lot of changes, projects, and staffing issues at her hospital. During these difficult times, she has stayed positive, smiled, and gracefully accepted the challenges. Due to her being strong during these times, her staff has felt positive change, strong leadership, and support. Thank you for being a leader for your team!"

Kayla Newman from Duval Animal Hospital, Green Valley, Arizona, wants to recognize Andrea Nazario-Exposito, Lead CSR: "Andrea always has a smile on her face whether she is greeting clients, patients or other team members. She is always willing to step in wherever whenever needed with an upbeat and positive attitude. Andrea's willingness to learn, teach and support other team members makes her an invaluable asset to the Duval Animal Hospital team. Thank you for being you, Andrea!"

Becky Burnett from Norwell Service Center, Norwell, Massachusetts, wants to recognize Taylor Crispin, Jenny Driscoll, Matt Chaisson and many others: "Thank you Taylor, Jen, and Matt for welcoming me so warmly and allowing me to invade the home office and your lives for a few days while I was in Norwell in June. You (and many, many other amazing people) made me feel so welcome. I truly enjoyed my time and hope to come back to visit again!"

Robyn Seale from Deer Run Veterinary Services, Teaticket, Massachusetts, wants to recognize the whole practice: "I just started this week. The team has full made me feel welcomed. They are really supportive of my new role. They are kind, helpful and a cheery bunch."

Erick Kabler from Southport Animal Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, wants to recognize Rochele Garcia, Technician: "We had an employee that went to lunch and never came back. She quit. We had a small huddle to inform the team of this sudden walk-out. Rochelle immediately questioned support needed and then offered to work this Saturday to ensure coverage. She recognized a problem and offered a quick solution. The whole conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. Great teamwork attitude."

Tessie Sloan from Midlothian Veterinary Clinic, Midlothian, Texas, wants to recognize Ashlyn Roland, Veterinary Kennel Technician: "Ashlyn joined the team while still in high school working in the kennels after school and on weekends.  She has grown into one of my most trusted employees.  She is kind, thoughtful and great with our clients (both two and four legged!)  Ashlyn will be leaving the clinic for college at Texas Tech at the end of the month and will be greatly missed by all that have had the opportunity to work with her."

Suzi McDonnell from Vista Pet Hospital, Portland, Oregon, wants to recognize Liz Mondragon, Reception: "Amazing job holding down the fort in reception Liz! Your cool, calm demeanor is so appreciated and such a comfort to our clients and patients! THANK YOU!!"

Jordan Klaff from Glen Burnie Animal Hospital, Glen Burnie, Maryland, wants to recognize Gracen Kreider, Technician: "Gracen joined our practice a little over a month ago and she has been such an amazing addition to our veterinary technician staff. She goes out of her way daily to make sure every patient is taken care and will consistently take on new tasks or responsibilities without asking. She always comes to work ready for the day and is one of the nicest people you could meet! We are very excited for her to be our new Surgical Lead technician and can't wait for her to take her VTNE!"

Jessica Thompson from Vista Pet Hospital, Portland, Oregon, wants to recognize Suzi McDonnell, Hospital Manager: "Thank you Suzi for all the behind the scenes work you are doing for our hospital."

Raj Singh, COSA from Oakridge Veterinary Clinic, San Jose, California, wants to recognize Dr. Jazmin Gonzalez, Associate Veterinarian: "Dr. Gonzalez is always so positive and goes above and beyond to help the team. She also expects the team be accountable. She took on an extra patient, my dog, despite a full schedule to rescue him from a foxtail in the paw."

Danielle Mercado from Leland Vet Clinic, Mableton, Georgia, wants to recognize Amonii Lovejoy, Lead Technician: "Amonii has been stepping up in such a major way lately. She has shined as a leader and has become a huge support to the doctors and staff. She will be a great HM one day and I am so proud to see her efforts and hard work being displayed so brightly! I have such a strong love for Leland and have always put my blood, sweat, and tears (y'all know this is truly literal in the vet community) into making sure that Leland will always be a fortified and loving place for all clients to feel that they, and their pets, will always be well taken care of. The fact that I can see that legacy being so well taken care of gives me SO much comfort!"

Brittany Poulin from Main West Animal Hospital, Welland, Ontario, wants to recognize Amanda Chapman, RVT: "I wanted to give a big shout out to Amanda! She is a passionate, hard working, knowledgeable, positive technician. Amanda is always willing to help out in all areas of the clinic. She is great with our clients and amazing with their fur babies. She has a true passion for what she does and is a very talented tech! Thank you Amanda for being you, you rock!"

Krystle Bernier from the OPS team wants to recognize Taylor Crispin, Project Management Office Director: "I want to give a HUGE shout out to Taylor Crispin for his relentless hard work and dedication in setting up e-transfers in Canada. Despite the complexities and challenges of navigating the Canadian payment system, Taylor has pushed forward with unwavering patience and determination. Taylor, your commitment and perseverance are truly appreciated. Thank you for everything you do!”

Kelly McNeely from Heartland Niagara Animal Hospital, Niagara Falls, Ontario, wants to recognize Aleah Consigli, Vet Assistant: "Aleah is such a valuable asset to the clinic! She's an experienced and skilled vet assist, and has just finished her first year studying to be a DVM. Aleah leads by example and always brings a professional and caring energy into every appointment. She's been a great help for the technicians, which has given her opportunity to practice some practical skills for her studies (she's going to be a great doctor! ). Thanks Aleah for being so awesome!"

Lori Krause from the OPS team wants to recognize Brittany Radcliffe, Hospital Manager: "Brittany has been providing me with extra support while i have been filling HM roles in my Jacksonville market. She has helped with interviewing new candidates and coordinating times for the COS's to interview the candidates. She has helped with daily operational items to keep the practices moving forward. She has shared her cell phone and made herself available to help the new HM's feel supported. She even goes over to the location to help the HM's as need without being asked. One of the new HM's stated that she has felt very supported by Brittany."

Mandy Tinker from Aspen Springs Animal Hospital, Bowmanville, Ontario Canada, wants to recognize Jamie Hindson, Lead Receptionist: "Jamie is a reliable, independent member of our team that can always be counted on to get her job done! She provides us with the best jokes, keeping us all laughing, even when times get tough! We appreciate all you do to help Aspen Springs Animal Hospital run smoothly Jamie! Keep up the great work!"

Elise Skirzynski from Wintergreen Animal Hospital, Erie, Pennsylvania, wants to recognize Kaitlyn Soboleski, CVT: "Kaitlyn is exceptional when it comes to her talents and skillset, as a whole.  Not only is she a top skilled CVT, but she brings superb creativity to projects, unique ideas for protocols and methods for workflow, is top notch with IT and computer skills when we need the help, has a strong dedication to the team and her patients, and an overall striving for excellence attitude.  I regularly, if not daily, tell her thank you for all she does, as I find her efforts and contributions to Wintergreen Animal Hospital to be exceptional. I have worked with many technicians in my career over the past 15 years, and she truly is a gem! Our entire team is phenomenal and I am so proud to be a part of it all."

Ashley Cogovan from Killewald Small Animal Hospital, Amherst, New York, wants to recognize Morgan Majewski, LVT: "Shout out to one of our vet techs - Morgan for hitting her 9-year milestone with Killewald & Vetcor!!! Morgan is a lover of tuxedo cats, our "can hit any vein" specialist & overall just someone with a bubbly personality that makes coming to work every day more enjoyable! Our staff and clients are so happy to have her on our team! :)"

Kalissa Grabowski from Pet Vet, Deerfield Beach, Florida, wants to recognize Anthony Gonzalez, Hospital Manager: "We are so glad Anthony joined us here at Pet Vet! His knowledge and wonderful personality helps motivate us every day. Anthony makes an effort to know staff send clientele on a personal basis. His technology guru skills are an extra benefit. Thank you for helping us be thankful for the great asset and hospital manager."

Marah Beall from Springboro Veterinary Hospital and Alex Bell Veterinary Clinic, Springboro and Centerville, Ohio, wants to recognize every single person at both locations: "I want to thank everyone from both hospital teams.  Some have stepped up to bigger roles and they are killing it!  It has been a lot of work and I am so proud of our new managers.  Everyone has picked up slack when needed, they are covering for each other, and helping me whenever they get the chance.  It has been a huge challenge with our hospitals merging as sister locations and I could not be more proud of everyone's hard work and dedication.  I love working with each and every one of you!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart for all that you do day in and day out."

Cindy Wyma from Two Notch Road Animal Clinic, Columbia, South Carolina, wants to recognize Savannah Woodham, Technician: "I would like to give a shout out to Savannah Woodham. She is always going above and beyond. She always steps up when we need a special project completed. She completed 2 courses so that she can be our SRO for our x-ray program. She is the one go to that all others go to if I am not available. She does these "extra" things without any complaints or expectations and I am so thankful for that! Our clients even rave about her personality and the care that she shows them."

Cindy also wants to recognize Brian Kuhn, PCA: "I would like to give a shout out to Brian Kuhn. He is always helping in other departments when needed. We have 2 technicians who are not able to be in x-rays right now. Brian has stepped up and is filling in for them when needed. He also has been filling in to help monitor during surgeries, and filling in with reception when needed, too. He is always willing to help when we need it! I appreciate him very much!"

Miranda Murray from Riverside Animal Hospital, Flushing, Michigan, wants to recognize Chloe Miller, Receptionist: "Chloe has been a VITAL part in our team the last few months. She has been compassionate, kind, and willing to go the extra mile for our clients and staff. Our front desk team is lucky to have her."

Melanie Worman from Downtown Toronto Cat Clinic, Toronto, Ontario, wants to recognize Dr. Bow and the whole team: "Our air conditioning system broke this week and we are waiting for a part to arrive from another province.  The clinic has been very hot!  The entire team has been great 'toughing it out', making suggestions to beat the heat, and has been open to changes in our operating routine.  Thank you everyone! A special thank you to Dr. Bow; today on her day off she surprised the team by having slurpies delivered to cool us down!"

Kelly Davis from Montrose Pet Hospital, Montrose, California, wants to recognize Ben Sures, Hospital Manager: "Ben is such an awesome person to have on my team. I am thankful for him always jumping in and helping at other hospitals and being a team player. Thank you for all that you do Ben!"

Brittany Klopp from Central Animal Hospital, Petaluma, California, wants to recognize Tim Helms, DVM, COS: "Dr. Helms is very supportive and amazing with the clients. I appreciate him always pushing myself and the team to continue to grow and we are fortunate to have him as our COS!"

Alannah Labesky from Regional Manager, North East, Pennsylvania, wants to recognize Erin Rojas and Emily Losee from HR: "Special shout out to Emily and Erin for quickly helping me with a direct deposit issue on a holiday weekend! You’re both awesome!”

Alannah also wants to recognize Kayla Newman, Area Manager: "Kayla and I tag-teamed a new partnership with our West Phoenix, Arizona location! She did a great job and was a phenomenal trainer with the new HM, Katelin."

Liza Guess from Purrfect Care Feline Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio, wants to recognize Tina Green, Hospital Manager: "Tina has been my rock as I have stepped into the chief of staff position at our hospital. She is so amazing at her job! I am so grateful I get to work with her!"

Crystal Fowler from Veterinary Healing Center, El Dorado Hills, California, wants to recognize Jen Jacoby, RVT: "Jen is a rockstar!  She steps up daily to keep the hospital running smoothly.  In the absence of a kennel assistant at the moment, she is a champion at keeping the hospital sparkly clean and we'd be lost without her!"

Jolene O’Brien from Berrien Veterinary Services, Baroda, Michigan, wants to recognize Amanda Stevens, CCS: "She has been so amazing overseeing our online pharmacy and helping clients with all their MANY pharmacy needs. She’s always willing to help out her coworkers. She is a joy to work with!  Way to go Amanda!"

Alannah Labesky from Regional Manager, North East, Pennsylvania, wants to recognize Dr. Tom Smith, COS: "Special Thank You to Dr. Smith for stepping up and taking on a second location as COS and also covering all of the hospitals surgical procedures while we are recruiting for a veterinarian.  Your kindness and willingness to help doesn't go unnoticed."

Melissa Strycker-Grzeskowiak from Western Vet Clinic, South Bend, Indiana, wants to recognize Dr. Colleen Thompson: "Thank you Dr. Thompson for jumping in and helping with more than your fair share of appointments and patients, especially recently when one of our doctors was out. Your willingness to help in extra ways has not gone unnoticed! We appreciate you and your expertise for our clients and patients and support for our staff! Thank you!"

Amy Klotz from the OPS team wants to recognize the entire team at Medina Veterinary Clinic: "The team has done an amazing job with completing retention calls using the trifecta method with Tail o Phone, Pet Desk, and Vetstoria! I am so so proud of how hard everyone has worked on this project! This will make a difference for your owners and their pets!"

Amy also wants to recognize Bitsy-Hospital Manager and the entire team: "So excited to see the team re-energized with the return of Dr. Salinger! The team is jumping in and participating in CE opportunities for Fear Free initiative. I look forward to seeing the team continue to grow and prosper!"

Margie Giles from Sanford Animal Hospital, Sanford, North Carolina, wants to recognize Dr. Kozue Harada: "Everyone at Sanford Animal Hospital would like to appreciate Dr. Kozue Harada. Not only is she an amazing veterinarian but she is also a great team member who is great at making us laugh. We appreciate Dr. Harada's willingness to be flexible with her schedule and work more than her allotted part-time hours when other vets are on vacation. We also appreciate her snack supply!"

Sarah Ganeo from Armitage Animal Clinic, Newmarket, Ontario, wants to recognize Dr. Leslie Williams: "Dr. Williams has been the best team leader I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She has built a team of truly AMAZING ladies and I have never had the pleasure of working in such a supportive environment. She has been a crucial part of my professional growth and I deeply appreciate the sounding board she provides when I have questions or ideas. She is so dedicated to the wellbeing of the team and clinic, it has been inspiring getting to work with her. Thank you for everything!"

Tiffany Scott from Creature Comforts Animal Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada, wants to recognize Megan Damewood, Lead Client Service Representative: "Megan is dedicated to bettering herself for the team and for our hospital. Megan has such a big heart. She works hard at always being positive and wonderful to our clients and our team. I am thankful to have a partner that communicates very well with me and that is always there to lend an ear, a shoulder, or a notepad."

Danielle Lopes from Tiogue Veterinary Clinic, Coventry, Rhode Island, wants to recognize Lucie Krawzyck and Alexis Stoll, Hospital Managers: "I want to thank Alexis and Lucie for being my absolute rocks! They are both amazing women and amazing Hospital Managers! I am so very lucky to be able to work along side of them and even more lucky to call them my friends!"

Justine Wood-Graves from Southern California Veterinary Hospital, Woodland Hills, California, wants to recognize Rachel Davis, RVT: "Rachel always goes above and beyond to do whatever she can to help out, whenever she can! She is an integral part of our leadership team, and I honestly don't know what I would do without her."

Justine Wood-Graves from Southern California Veterinary Hospital, Woodland Hills, California, wants to recognize Jocelyn Alcantara, RVT: "Not only does Jocelyn rock it in the dental suite, but she helps keep the hospital running smoothly by keeping us well stocked in supplies & inventory and makes sure that the team gets much needed snacks now and again. She is truly one-of-a-kind and we are so lucky to have her."

Jill Anderson from Appalachian Animal Hospital, Weaverville, North Carolina, wants to recognize Ivy Grace Farnham, Technician: "Ivy Grace has a smile that brightens everyone's DAY!  She is always positive, and happy and always finds the good in everyone.  Her ability to serve our clients with empathy, patience, and kindness is such a comfort to everyone. Ivy Grace continues to grow with our Appalachian family she is a fantastic surgical lead technician.  She is excellent in her communication with the surgeon and with the clients. When she isn't working she and her husband enjoy their little piece of heaven taking care of her many chickens, ducks, pigs, dogs, and many more 4-legged animals.  She has an amazing little farm. We are very proud and thankful that Ivy Grace is a part of our family."

Jessica Daniels from the OPS team wants to recognize Rebekah Riensche, Veterinary Assistant: "I wanted to give a big Thank You to Rebekah at Redwood Animal Hospital. She has greatly helped the hospital by completing inventory, ordering supplies, and even training in the absence of an HM. THANK YOU!"

Jessica also wants to recognize Marisa Vest, Hospital Manager: "A big shout out goes to Marisa at Camden Pet Hospital! As a new HM she tackled many projects in the hospital and made it look easy! The hospital is now paper lite, utilizes petdesk and vetstoria, and has an online pharmacy. Great work!!"

Lastly, Jessica wants to recognize Dr. Janjusevic: "I wanted to say thank you to Dr. J at Camden Pet Hospital! Dr. J has been our solo doctor at the practice for a few months. She has graciously stepped into this role and works tirelessly to help our patients, clients, and staff! Thank you!"

Mackenzie Hayes from Epping Road Veterinary Hospital, Exeter, New Hampshire, wants to recognize Dr. Dianne Carey and Dr. Jennifer Cornell: "A huge shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Carey and Dr. Cornell for being rockstar veterinarians! Your dedication to providing exceptional care and ensuring that our patients have comfortable fear-free experiences is truly inspiring. Your commitment to education, compassion, and the growth of our hospital team is invaluable. I am incredibly thankful to have joined such an amazing team. Thank you for making a difference every day!"

Emily Towns from the Service Center, wants to recognize Payroll Team-Emily Losee, Kelli Connors, Sylvia Johnson, Jennifer Brown, and Robin Adams: "The payroll department are all highly motivated, hard-working team members. Each of them strive for excellence in every aspect. They are excellent communicators, great collaborators, and are always excited to learn and grow in their knowledge and roles. On a more personal note, they are each great human beings that I am proud to work alongside."

Cindy Lerch from South Mill Veterinary Clinic, Boardman, Ohio, wants to recognize Carley Papst, Hospital Manager and Shana Auge, Lead PCA: "Carley and Shana at Bradford Hills Veterinary Hospital welcomed us for a visit to their Pet Hotel and gave us a lot of tips and inspiration as we were trying to decide what changes to make at our own boarding facility. We appreciate it so much - they were so helpful!"

Cindy also wants to recognize our entire boarding staff-Clarann, Gina, Dayna, Kim, Linda, Priscilla, Emma, and Andrea: "Our boarding staff has been amazing! They easily accepted and adapted to a lot of changes that we recently made. Things would not have been successful if it wasn’t for their hard work and open minds.  Thanks for all that you guys do every day!"

Colleen from Dunnville Veterinary Clinic, Dunnville, Ontario, wants to recognize Tammy Jackson, Reception: "I would like to recognize Tammy our front desk smile.  She is the person at the front desk welcoming everyone who walks into the clinic.  She is always organizing the day for everyone and making sure clients and their pets are being looked after.  Tammy is always willing to take on a task to help anyone and everyone.  Tammy is an important part of the Dunnville Vet Clinic team and we appreciate all that she does."

Devinne Yoder from Turkeyfoot Family Pet Center, Akron, Ohio, wants to recognize Olivia Beros, PCA: "Liv does an awesome job caring for our boarding & daycare pets like they are her own! We can always count on her to make sure the department is well kept and the pet owners are pleased with their experience.”
