A couple of weeks ago, we demonstrated how our practices are still showing up for their communities. Lately, we’ve seen a lot of appreciation for staff as well as special shout outs for great patients and clients. Check out the latest from the field:
Lyncourt Veterinary Hospital - Syracuse, New York
Lyncourt Veterinary Hospital’s vet tech, Haley, clearly has the most sought out job in town. In addition to providing necessary medical care for pets, she doubles as a puppy snuggler. Here she is cuddling up to Rory, an absolute cutie who had her very first puppy visit just a few weeks ago. She also has an older brother, Esco, who’s widely known for his dashing good looks.
Kentwood Cat Clinic - Kentwood, Michigan
Zeta and Elise are Kentwood Cat Clinic’s cats of the month and we’ve already fallen head over heels in love with them. This brother/sister pair were born a year apart, right down to the day. After every cleaning session, they cuddle up and settle in for a nap - just like this. Even during quarantine, it’s impossible to feel alone when this adorable duo is around.
Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital - Washington, Pennsylvania
Our hospitals have come up with some really innovative ideas to keep their clients and patients happy and comfortable despite the summer heat. Heather, a vet tech at Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital, thought it’d be a good idea to offer a hydration station complete with disposable bowls for pets. Fellow tech, Jacie, helped create signage and set up. So far, clients are loving the idea and they’re thankful to be able to keep their pets hydrated.
Animal Clinic at New Lenox - New Lenox, Illinois
Employee appreciation posts give us all the feels, especially this one. Animal Clinic at New Lenox recently took a moment to recognize one of their vet techs, Tori. A hospital veteran since 2017, Tori never stops reaching for new heights when it comes to her career in this field. Every day, she lends amazing energy to her team and she truly cares about her patients. She’s also a familiar face to many clients and their furry friends because she lives in the neighborhood. Thank you for everything you do, Tori!
Northern Michigan Veterinary Hospital - Williamsburg, Michigan
Northern Michigan Veterinary Hospital is making way for ducklings. In fact, Dr. Peck treated this loveable little guy for a dog bite to the neck. As you can see, his follow up appointment went well and the team is thrilled he’s feeling better. It’s been a few days since then and we’re pleased to report that he’s now safe, sound, and back with his family.
Keep up with us on Facebook to learn about how our teams are continuing to make a difference in their communities despite COVID-19.
