Feedback matters at Vetcor

At Vetcor, our team members' voices have power. The feedback from our last Voice of Vetcor survey has been crucial in guiding our decisions and shaping our initiatives. Here’s how we've turned our team members’ words into action. 

Wellbeing 

Wellbeing is our priority. In response to internal feedback, we formed a Wellness Committee dedicated to enhancing the health and happiness of our team members. We've made significant investments in our benefits, including Brightside for financial support, Lyra Health for mental healthcare, and Maven Maternity for our team members who want to start or grow their family, to ensure Team Vetcor has access to first-rate mental health and wellness resources. 

Recognition 

We understand the importance of feeling valued and appreciated. That's why we launched the Culture of Gratitude training for leaders, aimed at fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation. Additionally, we are planning further enhancements to our recognition program to ensure that the team’s hard work and dedication are always acknowledged. 

Hospital Support

Supporting our hospitals is crucial for maintaining high standards of care and efficiency. We've rolled out online booking and a new comprehensive online store for clients to help our hospitals focus on delivering quality care.  These tools are designed to streamline operations and improve the overall experience for hospital staff, clients, and patients. 

Our team members’ voices matter, and we are committed to listening and acting on their feedback. Together, we can continue to make Vetcor a place where everyone feels supported, recognized, and empowered. We are excited for our next Voice of Vetcor survey, which will be coming soon.
