April 21, 2026

Our team members are fueled by a genuine passion for their work and for the animals in our care. From meaningful milestones to joyful surprises, these stories highlight the care, dedication, and connection that unite us across every location and remind us why this work matters so much.

Tustana Animal Hospital Tustana Animal Hospital - Tustin, California

At Tustana Animal Hospital, the dedication to excellence doesn’t stop at patient care. This week, the team celebrated an incredible personal milestone as Dr. Brown crossed the finish line of the Boston Marathon. The determination, discipline, and heart it takes to complete such a feat mirrors the commitment shown every day to patients and clients and the entire hospital couldn’t be prouder. It was a moment that inspired colleagues and reflected the perseverance that defines the team.

Tara Animal HospitalTara Animal Hospital - Colleyville, Texas

A routine day turned unforgettable at Tara Animal Hospital when a very special guest hopped through the door, an eight-year-old red kangaroo from a local zoo. Standing over six feet tall and snack-motivated by cheerios, he delighted staff and clients alike. From learning about his powerful, snake-like tail to discovering his fondness for couch naps, this visit brightened the day and reminded everyone just how unique veterinary care can be. It was a rare opportunity to learn, laugh, and connect with a truly extraordinary animal.

Parkway Veterinary HospitalParkway Veterinary Hospital - Roxbury, Massachusetts

First visits are always special, but Parkway Veterinary Hospital fell head over heels instantly when Miss Penny arrived. Sweet, tiny, and absolutely adorable, she made quite the impression on her debut visit. It was one of those moments where you’re reminded why first appointments matter, they mark the beginning of a lifelong relationship. The team loved welcoming her and looks forward to watching her grow.

LaSalle Animal Hospital LaSalle Animal Hospital – LaSalle, Ontario, Canada

Growth milestones like these are a joy to witness, and LaSalle Animal Hospital recently reflected on one that truly stood out. Otis, once a 14-week-old pup, has grown into a big bundle of happiness at 24 weeks, packing on nearly 30 pounds along the way. Watching patients grow and thrive is one of the greatest privileges of veterinary care. Moments like these make long-term relationships with pets and their families especially meaningful.

Brielle Animal ClinicBrielle Animal Clinic - Brielle, New Jersey

At Brielle Animal Clinic, Bandit proved his name was well earned. During his very first visit, the eight-week-old domestic shorthair attempted a daring mid-exam escape. Tiny, chatty, and full of curiosity, Bandit kept the team on their toes and stole a few hearts in the process. His playful personality made his first visit memorable from start to finish.
