Community Connections - May Edition

Spring has sprung, and our teams have certainly sprung into action these past few weeks to help out their communities! Whether it's building a neighborhood playground, raising funds for local animal rescues, or supporting police officers - two and four-legged - we couldn't be more proud of all of the ways our practice teams are helping pets and people in their communities.

Brookside NY team helps build a playground   Dr. Fallon & Missy visited the Lawrence school for a career fair

The team at Brookside Veterinary Clinic in Auburn, NY had fun volunteering to help build a brand new, all-inclusive,
handicap-accessible playground in their community!

 

Dr. Fallon and Missy from Falmouth Animal Hospital in Falmouth, MA recently attended a school career fair, and hopefully inspired some future veterinarians!

     
Military send off for K9 Officer Nathan   VetCor Family at the NY State Veterinary Conference

Family Veterinary Services in Montague, NJ had the honor of providing a military send off for a retired US Navy dog. Job well done, K9 Nathan. At ease.

 

We got to visit with some team members from Middletown Veterinary Hospital (Middletown, NY), Countryside Animal Hospital (Staatsburg, NY) and Suffern Animal Hospital (Suffern, NY) at the New York State Veterinary Conference!

     
Drs. Kopser & Rule running the Westford Road Race   Paws in the Park event

Drs. Kopser and Rule from Countryside Veterinary Hospital in Chelmsford, MA recently ran the Westford Road Race. A little rain didn't stop them from running the full 10K!

 

The crew at Fields Road Animal Hospital in Gaithersburg, MD recently attended the "Paws in the Park" event, to help raise money for the Montgomery County Humane Society. 

     
1st Annual Wiener Walk in Asbury Park   Decals benefiting K9 officer Nero

Dr. Adam Christman, Chief of Staff at Brick Town Veterinary Hospital in Brick Town, NJ, helped organize the 1st Annual Wiener Walk in Asbury Park to benefit the Dachshund Rescue Fund!

 

Falmouth Animal Hospital is selling these decals to support the Yarmouth Police Department in honor of fallen police officer, Sean Gannon, and his K9 partner, Nero.
