Cavanaugh Pet Hospital Partners with VetCor

VetCor has partnered with another hospital in the Kansas City area – introducing Cavanaugh Pet Hospital of Blue Springs, Missouri.
Established by Dr. Curt Cavanaugh in 2000, Cavanaugh Pet Hospital was once situated in Independence. In 2007, Dr. Cavanaugh built a new location in the Blue Springs area and has been serving local pet owners there ever since.
An Iowa native, Dr. Cavanaugh graduated from Iowa State University in 1988 and started practicing in the Kansas City area a year later. His professional interests include genetics, oncology, and geriatric pet care.
Dr. Cavanaugh works alongside Drs. Don Stukey, Lisa Fleischmann, Mindy Shrout, and Lauren Poulignot. All four doctors earned their DVM degrees from the University of Missouri and remain passionate about client education.
The doctors are supported by their hospital manager, Denise, and a hardworking team of veterinary technicians and receptionists, at least one of whom has been with Dr. Cavanaugh since he first started practicing over 30 years ago.
Cavanaugh Pet Hospital provides their clients with a wide range of services, including wellness exams, vaccines, grooming, boarding, and surgery. They also work closely with Sherry’s Kitten Rescue, a local organization that works to place kittens in loving homes.
