Our practice is staffed with a supportive team including a Hospital Manager, two certified veterinary technicians, two veterinary assistants, and multiple front desk representatives. Our goal is for each DVM to have an assigned tech and assistant for each shift! We are open Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm and close for an hour lunch break. We value work/life balance and keep a positive culture to ensure an environment conducive to quality mental health.
The perfect candidate for our team will have a passion for surgery and will be the primary surgeon for the practice. The compensation for this position includes a base salary + production (prosal) for a 40-hour work week and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus.
Total compensation will include a base salary, a production bonus, and a $50,000 signing bonus!!
