The team at Carthage Animal Hospital is looking for our next associate veterinarian. Our five-doctor small animal practice is located in Carthage NC. The long tenured staff includes three RVTs and seven vet assistants. We love taking care of animals and also taking care of each other as a tight knit team. The facility is equipped for soft tissue and orthopedic surgery dentistry in-house laboratory services and digital radiology. We support both Caring Hearts for Canines and Feline Friends nonprofit organizations that serve our community.
A new grad or an experienced vet would be a good fit on our team. Our full-time veterinarian schedule is four weekdays we are closed on weekends and there are no after hours or on call shifts.
Located near the golf capital of Pinehurst Carthage is considered a rural community with easy access to city amenities the mountains or the coast. It was home to the renowned Tyson & Jones Buggy Factory which the town commemorates each May with a popular family-friendly festival. The Carthage Museum covers more that 200 years of the area’s history with artifacts and exhibits.
