VetCor Community Connections - November 2017 Edition

November 13, 2017

This holiday season, we’re thankful for all of our practice teams and the compassionate care they provide to pets and their families each and every day. Not only do many of our team members work hard throughout the holidays to provide urgent/emergency care to patients in need, but they also go above and beyond to help pets and people in their communities in lots of other ways.

Check out some of our favorite examples of Community Connections within the VetCor family, as well as out in our practices’ local communities, from this month below!

Dr. Keller with Ranger and his new mom   Season of Giving

The team at Negola's Ark Veterinary Hospital in Gaithersburg, MD recently took in this handsome fella when animal control seized several pets from a property. Dr. Keller and their staff worked hard to get Ranger healthy and now he is in his forever home!

Baldwin Harbor Animal Hospital in Baldwin, NY is collecting toy and clothing donations to make sure that this holiday season is extra special for a local family in need.

Tracy with Drs. Lewis & Kinney   Hospital Managers visit the VetCor Home Office

VetCor’s VP of Practice Acquisitions, Tracy Emara, got to meet with former practice owners Dr. Rick Lewis (Academy Animal Hospital, Baltimore, MD) & Dr. Steve Kinney (Auburn Animal Center, Auburn, ME) at the Potomac Veterinary Conference.

We love visitors! A few Hospital Mangers from the New England region took a trip to the VetCor home office recently to meet the corporate crew.

Pet photos with Santa   Jess visiting with MA practices

Muddy Creek Animal Care Center in Rowley, MA is once again hosting their Pet Photos with Santa fundraiser benefiting animal rescues in their community.

Our recruiter Jess visited with the teams in Lexington & Lowell, MA to check in and see how Life at VetCor is going for some our of local practices!

Bob with Dr. Hauser and Jess at the NY Conference   cat cali

The VetCor Family was out in full force at the New York Veterinary Conference! Pictured is Acquisition Manager Bob, with Dr. Lilan Hauser (Chief of Staff at Falmouth Animal Hospital, Falmouth, MA) and Jess.

Cali was found running across four lanes of traffic on a major highway recently. Thanks to the great care of the team at West Shore Animal Clinic in Warwick, RI, this feline is healthy and now safe and sound in an amazing home!

Wishing you and your families a happy and healthy holiday season!
